Melting : ABP Induction (Germany), IGBT 500 KW x 3 @2.5 tons/hour

Sand Plant : SSEC, PLC Controlled Fully Automated, with SEW Drives
Mixer : 500 kgs x 2 Nos. Intensive, with Sand Cooler.@30 tons/hour

Pouring : Ladles on Monorail, with Crane transfer
